The book's page and tune numberings are a bit complex. The file names here are
of the form PPPNNN_Title, where PPP is the page number and NNN is the tune number,
both padded with zeroes. The file names use a conventional "the Name Of the Tune"
title-caps pattern. The T: lines use the ALL CAPS pattern in the book
One unusual feature is the (V) or (F) after most titles.
This means that the tune was transcribed from Violin or Fife.
Occasionally both are included.
