Ronnie Cooper wrote a lot of tunes and then after he died there was a
huge ruckus over the copyright and who should be in charge and should
the tunes be published, etc etc.  There was a  manuscript  book  that
somehow  Nic  got  his hands on.  I don't know if he'll let me have a
copy of the tune.  I"m not surprised that the tunes on the other site
disappeared.  SRS managed to get permission for 1 tune for its CD but
it entailed a lot of sweet talking and persistence.

I've thought about Gather at the River myself but I've been  to  lazy
to hunt down a copy.  The dance doesn't get done enough.
