1st, 2nd & 3rd couples six hands round and back

9-14

1st, 2nd & 3rd ladies advance, retire & set; 1st, 2ns & 3rd men set, advance (while ladies retire) and retire.

15-16

1st, 2nd & 3rd couples cross to opposite sides giving right hands

17-18

1st & 2nd couples joining nearer hands on sides set to partners

19-20

1st couple giving left hands, dance down crossing over to 2nd place on own sides and stay facing out, while 2nd couple cast up to top place on opposite sides.

21-24

2nd, 1st & 3rd couples dance half reels of 3 on sides; 2's dance in & down, 1st man dances out and up, 1st lady dances out and down and 3's dance in and up; at the end 1st couple pass each other left shoulder to face first corner positions

25-28

1st couple dance half diagonal reel of 4 with 1st corners. At the end 1st couple meet in centre and pull right shoulders back to finish back to back with man facing down and lady facing up (i.e. facing own 2nd corner who is in partner's 2nd corner position)

29-32

1st couple dance half diagonal reel of 4 with 2nd corners. 1st couple finish in 2nd place on own sides.
