1-2:

1st couple and 2nd couple set advancing

3-6:

1st couple and 2nd couple dance in circle around partner 1.5 times spiraling out to

7-8:

1st couple and 2nd couple four hands round halfway (couples have changed places)

9-16:

1st couple and 3rd couple repeat the Lindsey Progression.

17-20:

1st couple lead up between 3rd couple and cast behind 2nd couple to top, 2nd couple and 3rd couple step down on bars 1920.

21-24:

1st couple tum partner with both hands.

25-32:

1st couple and 2nd couple dance the Knot.
