The Wins menu button displays a list of  auxiliaryy  windows
that this program can display. They aren't shown by default,
but you can use this menu to open and close them.  If you've
forgotten where one of these windows is located, you can use
this menu button to close and reopen the window, and it will
appear on top of the window stack.

The windows currently on the menu are:

Header
  shows the HTTP HEADer (status) information for the current
  URL.   The lines starting with "<!--W3trace" are debugging
  information from the w3cat program that we  use  to  fetch
  documents.   The rest of the lines are what the remote web
  server sent before the document.

Source
  shows the unformatted source text for the current URL, just
  as it was received.  This can be used to study the HTML.

Option
  shows a list of viewer options. Man of these can be set in
  other  ways,  but  it is sometimes convenient to have them
  all in one window like this.

Debug
  shows some  debugging  information.   How  much  is  shown
  depends  on  the Dbg level.  What is shown depends on just
  which version of the viewer you are using.  This window is
  mostly useful if you are working on the viewer itself.
