The Hist button displays a menu of URLs.  Selecting one will
cause it to be loaded and displayed.

URLs can be added to this menu in several ways.   The  first
way is for the startup file (.htmlinit) to define a variable
called "history" and fill it with URLs.  For example:
	set history {
		http://localhost/
		http://trillian.mit.edu/~jc/
		http://www.netfunny.com/rhf/current.html
		http://www.theonion.com/
	}
This will be the initial URLs menu. Also, if this program is
started with any words on its command line, those words will
be treated as URLs and added to the URLs menu.

Also, all URLs visited will be added to the URLs menu.   The
most recent URL will be at the top.
