The cmds button produces a menu of miscellaneous commands to
this program.  The list includes:

Routing
  pops up a window that displays the IP routing  table, and
  helps you add, delete or modify routes.

Pings
  pops up a window that controls a list of  ping  processes.
  This lets you easily test for network connectivity to many
  other machines simultaneously.

Quit
  closes the program's windows and exits.  Subprocesses  are
  not killed, so any tests you may have started may still be
  running.
