The second version of this selection is written on the second line and is arranged
to blend with the lead, or first, version.  The last measure has an additional variation
for those who prefer it.  While the second version is not a harmony part in the strict
sense, it will produce effects of "part" fifing in certain measures.  The selection will produce
the most pleasing effect when all fifers are playing the first version.
