N:I can't tell from the book's notation if this is an A-BB tune or not -
only the second part has a repeat sign. It also has a first ending but
not a second ending. Probably the safest way to handle all this is to
play it as a standard double (AA-BB). This is the structure that I've
used for the sound file. (I wish some of those "New York fellows" were
still around to help out with this!)
