N:1:This seems to be a single reel but the book's notation is
ambiguous (as are the accidentals - B natural in mm. 3 and 7?)
In the D version I tried to make things more sensible but the
source version is below just in case I didn't succeed!
N:2:I'm not sure what tune Ed Jr. is alluding to in his liner notes
but this bears no resemblance to the 'Cameronian' that I'm familiar
with.
