N:This tune sounds strange to me because of the way measure
8 and 16 end on the V chord (= D in the key of G). In the
great majority of traditional tunes each 8-measure phrase
ends on the tonic ("key") chord or its relative minor, but
that's not the case here. I didn't have much success in trying
to rearrange it so I've left it as it appears in the source,
with the addition of a second ending to part 2.
