N:This is what I think of as a "quasi-modal" tune, where some but not
all the F's are natural. The way I hear this tune is that the higher
F's (= /f/) are natural and the lower ones (= /F/) are sharp. But I
may be wrong (been known to happen!), so I just kept it as straight G
per the book.
