N:This is the 2nd of two jigs written for Kathy Herrick as the prize for the winning
N:soda bread entered in the Back of the House Slow Session (BotHSS) annual Soda Bread
N:contest in 2016. Kathy Herrick won with a soda bread incorporating orange zest.
N:Hence Kathy's #1 is better known as "The Orange Zest Jig". I got carried away in
N:composing that one and ended up with a jig more challenging than suited the purpose.
N:So I composed this #2 one evening hoping to redeem myself for excesses committed in #1,
